Yes, our cases are compatible with wireless charging. Some of the thicker cases, such as the Satellite series, may decrease how quickly your device will charge, but it will not completely interfere with it.
The wood that we source for our cases is all ethically sourced, but as a general rule, we do not pay the higher fees to use the actual FSC Certified batches that our suppliers offer. Their wood all comes from the same places and is sourced in the same ways, but they pay additional fees to have a portion of it “certified” as such. They in turn have to charge more for that wood, even though it came from the same sources as the rest of their wood. Other wood we use is reclaimed from old structures, donated, taken from locally downed trees due to storms, etc. We are comfortable in the knowledge that our wood is responsibly harvested.
At this time, we do not have a storefront where we sell cases. We do not keep much of an inventory as our cases are made on an "as ordered" basis. We do offer free 5-7 day shipping on our website, which doesn’t take as long if you’re local! It's always easiest to order from our website so that you know exactly what is available. You are always welcome to stop by for a visit during our normal business hours.
Almost all of our International orders arrive in less than 3 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks. It really just depends how long it takes your country's customs department to process the order and deliver it :)
If you haven't received your package after 6 weeks of it being sent, please let us know and we'll get you taken care of!
Any international order may incur a customs fee. We know that the customs office is not a fun place, but we also need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of the products. Otherwise, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not Carved. Since we have no control over the customs authorities in your country and fees vary, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about fees, duties, and taxes. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes.
The Live Edge cases must be ordered directly through our site. We try to upload a few solid wood cases per week. They aren't a product that we regularly stock. We have no notification system for them. When we do have them available we tend to post them on Wednesday and Friday afternoons around 3pm EST.
If your Solid Wood case is damaged through normal use, we will make every effort to repair it at our shop. If you contact us about damage within 30 days of receiving your case and the damage is beyond our ability to repair, we will issue you a FULL refund. If more than 30 days have passed and a repair is not possible, we will offer you a 50% refund. This policy covers the normal, careful use of our cases in connection with your iPhone. At this time we do not offer any custom options for our Satellite series cases. They are purely sold on a first come, first serve basis, directly from our website as shown in the swatch photos listed. We update the Satellite page several times a day with new options!
Our Live Edge and Satellite series cases are all completely one-of-a-kind. They are sold on a first come, first serve basis directly from our website. Placing a case in your cart does not reserve the item. The case will still be available on our site until the checkout process is complete.

All of our products are custom made for you at our shop in Elkhart, Indiana. We try our best to get orders shipped in 1-3 business days but in rare instances, it can take us up to a week or more to get your order shipped. You will get an email when your order has been completed and shipped.
Any order that is being shipped to anywhere in the USA automatically gets FREE USPS First Class shipping! Orders are made in the time frame shown on each product page. Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped out. Free Shipping typically takes 1-5 days. If you want it faster you can upgrade to Priority Mail during checkout. Priority Mail arrives in 1-3 business days after shipment, guaranteed.
Please remember that even though you choose Priority Mail, we still have to produce the item before it is shipped out. If you order an item that takes 1-3 days and a different item that takes us 1-2 weeks to ship, we will ship your entire order out once it is complete. In this example that could take up to 2 weeks.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. First Class Mail International typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. For faster international shipping, you can upgrade to Priority International, which takes 1 week to arrive. Local customs offices may delay shipments longer than our estimated times. Please contact us to arrange even faster expedited international shipping.
Shipping to Canada?
Most of our Canadian shipments take 3-5 business days for delivery (after we produce and ship your order). American Holidays will delay this by an additional day or two.
Shipping to Europe?
We have seen that most European countries take 4-7 business days for delivery (after we produce and ship your order). If you live in a large metropolitan area, it will be closer to 4 business days from the time we ship your product.
Our products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. Our Warrantly covers defects in material or workmanship in new products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing CARVED products from authorized retailers or resellers or through the http://www.carved.com website may obtain coverage.
CARVED will replace or refund at no charge, at its option, any product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation and use.
The CARVED Warranty lasts for 1 year from the documented date of purchase.
